Dexter who is from James Island has been riding as long as he can remember. Desmond who is from Parker’s Ferry has also been riding forever. You will often see Dexter and Desmond riding Fancy and Baby Girl on Folly Road from Walmart to just past Huff’s Seafood, but they have been spotted along a few other roads. So keep an eye out for them you never know where they will be out riding on the Island!
